What's with the blue pixel in the Royal Raspberry Butter Biscuit?

So all the other Butter Biscuts have that pixel at the top right of their frosting that's brigther then the rest of the frosting but the same colo(u)r, but in this biscuit, the pixel is rather a medium blue rather then a light pink, I'm not sure if this is a mistake or it's supposed to look like that, but it's the only biscut that does this.
